5 Protein Packed Breakfasts That Will Make You Leap Out Of Bed

Breakfast gets snubbed A LOT.

It’s like we’re too busy for breakfast sometimes. Which, of course, is silly, because breakfast is never too busy for us.

It’s true. Breakfast wants us to eat it. I swear when I look down at a plate of perfectly cooked eggs that they silently plead, “Eat me.” And who am I to say no?

My sister laughed and told me that really good eggs were supposed to look that way. I was skeptical, but was quickly converted at an early age after my first bite. There is no mistaking the two. I did not need a side by side comparison. It was very obvious that I had been missing out.
