Breakfast gets snubbed A LOT.
It’s like we’re too busy for breakfast sometimes. Which, of course, is silly, because breakfast is never too busy for us.
It’s true. Breakfast wants us to eat it. I swear when I look down at a plate of perfectly cooked eggs that they silently plead, “Eat me.” And who am I to say no?
Unfortunately, most of us have been taught that breakfast equals sugary cereal or some sort of refined carb with a cup of coffee. Even if you are into whole foods, it doesn’t mean that you’re eating the right kinds of things for breakfast. Well, hang onto that cup of coffee, and lets flesh out that breakfast a little bit, because one of the best ways to start your day is with a protein packed breakfast.
