It’s the perfect summer dessert or the perfect hot day snack. It’s so easy, so inexpensive, it’s a wonder it took me until I reached my thirties to figure it out. This is our second summer making this delightful treat. A friend of ours used to run a small business selling these treats at all the summer fairs and festivals. I loved them so much that we would go to these festivals just so I could have one. I decided to figure out how they’re made. She is no longer in that business, so I feel like I can finally share this amazing little trick that will turn a perfectly ripe mango into a heavenly frozen dessert that will make chocolate pale in comparison.
