Whether you’re just starting out in the kitchen or have been at it for a while, everyone can agree that learning how to chop and prepare veggies (or fruit) quickly is an important part of enjoying your time in the kitchen.
One of the most common complaints I hear from people starting out on their whole food journey is time (lack of). The constant cleaning and chopping of vegetables is tedious and time consuming. Sure its easier to throw a frozen pizza in the oven but not necessarily faster. I can get a meal on the table much faster than a frozen pizza, because I know how to move quickly through kitchen tasks.
