TV Tuesday #4: How To Save 4 Hours A Week And Still Eat Real Food

Let’s be honest here. Eating real food can take some time.

Especially if you’re fermenting your own foods, making most everything from scratch, and having to drive to and from the different stores and farms to get organic, free range, and grass fed foods.

If the food wasn’t so damn amazing, it would be enough to make you go crazy.

But what if, instead of running all over town or tending to your sourdough starter with a watchfulness like Gollum (my Precious…), you got to do whatever you wanted to do? Spend time with your fam, cook a delicious meal, read Beyond The Peel, Pin all your favorite shoes, recipes and home decor ideas (yes, I know you’re addicted to Pinterest), or you could work on your blog like we do! :)

TV Tuesday #3: How To Turn Forgotten Fridge Items Into An Amazing Meal


Boom. It’s Tuesday again! And you know what that means? Yup, baby. It’s TV Tuesday.

So this week, on Beyond The Peel TV, we wanted to switch it up a bit and share with you a way to use up those items in your fridge that you know you should/need to eat, but you don’t, because you either don’t want to, or you don’t know what to do with them – aka you’re uninspired.

You know exactly what I’m talking about. The veggies that you thought you’d eat. The herbs you only used for one recipe. Yeah. Those are the ones I’m talking about.
