    Joshua/Wardeh, I loved this feature and Wardeh’s
    practical approach to getting started with basic steps to preparing grains.
    Especially liked the tip on soaking grains in acid as a way of neutralizing
    phytic acid. Have not read Nourishing Traditions but have long been a Mary Enig
    fan for her pioneering position on fats which we have finally begun to validate
    today.  I’m purchasing your book on fermenting foods – can’t wait! Thank you Wardeh.
